Javier Alonso JAChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10414231257297723721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3041510813723394723.post-73784906105785765332012-12-14T06:40:18.256-08:002012-12-14T06:40:18.256-08:00Thanks Mr. Trond

Reim of Porsgrunn, I met many people with good fighting spirit in these vessels at that time were not very old, although it had a more modern ships, but I play the oldest as was the M / S Dixie the M / S Divine, a bit more modern and the M / S Dianet.
Vessels were small and with minimal crew, no more than 14 or 15 crew members, all good people, and very strong and hard workers, no one complained about the hard work, there were moments that you changed a few hours in port and had to do the famous bone sweepings hold cleaning, because it was very hard work in conditions that do not think anyone today would like to be working on deck freezing holds both early closing or opening them with those broken arms hundreds wooden barracks they were four wineries, and then the sheets and their corresponding wedges with strips of sheet metal, and thus always stick out, but one was compensated when he went to take a hot coffee, and made some jokes.

But in the M / S Dianet change the thing was no longer necessary because the holds so tightly closed with sliding doors, and a person could do it without help, in one of these operations almost lost a finger but luckily was little thing, I almost always these vessels to call at the helm, it was funny in that I learned Norwegian vessels, and a story was that one of the many trips we made in northern Spain, that if insurance was happened in San Sebastian when they called for the pilot maneuver the pilot who told me if I was Spanish and I said yes and he said if we do great to maneuver in our language, but when he began to give orders as it was practiced in these orders of guide wing, cane reed starboard to port ect ect, please asked him to tell me if it was in English and how to understand everything, and how are you many stories.
I'll put it in English and Spanish which I think is the best way you can read better, because I think the translation is not as it should.
Regards and thanks Javier Alonso CastroJavier Alonso JAChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10414231257297723721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3041510813723394723.post-55746967162585410692012-12-13T14:18:02.789-08:002012-12-13T14:18:02.789-08:00Thank you senor Castro.
